- Q. When will I receive my order when I’ve made payment?
- A. We will ship your order within 3 or 4 working days. If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email.
- Q. Do you ship internationally?
- A. Yes we do. Check our shipping department for more information.
- Q. I’ve just received my T-shirt, but it is in the wrong size. What can I do?
- A. If there is a fault in the item you receive, please let us know before you send it back to us. Email us at returns@tiddlytummytees.com with the specific information and order number and we will settle the rest.
- Q. Is my shipment tracked?
- A. Absolutely. All Tiddly Tummy Tees are shipped with tracking numbers. Email us at shipping@tiddlytummytees.com if you need the information. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your item when your package is shipped.
- Q. Why is there a custom fees allocated to my order?
- A. International orders may be subjected to custom fees or custom duties. Tiddly Tummy Tees hold no responsibility in these fees. Sorry about that.
- Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
- A. We currently only accepts Paypal. However, more modes of payments will be available soon once we settle the paper works. Meanwhile, we apologise.
- Q. What options do I have for my shipping?
- A. Unfortunately, we only intend to use SingPost (Singapore Post). DHL and FedEX are way too expensive for customers. Be assured that SingPost is a reliable source of shipping service. None of our shipments have failed. We have a 100% record of shipping success.
- Q. How much is shipping?
- A. Do check out shipping tab for more information about the cost. A nicely drawn table is available for your convenience.
- Q. Do you sell to wholesalers?
- A. Yes we do! Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at business@tiddlytummytees.com and we can arrange. Please do leave your contact information and necessary quantity and designs you are looking at. Terms and conditions apply.
- Q. What size am I?
- A. Most of our shirts are printed on Hanes 5280, 100% cotton, and weighing 5.5 ounce. Some of our designs are printed on American Apparel, Gildans, and Anvil. You can check the Sizes tab for more information.
Designers / Ideas
- Q. I have a great T-shirt design idea. Do you guys buy?
- A. Yes we do! Send those awesome designs to ideas@tiddlytummytees.com. However, your design will go through the boss before we can accept them and sell it on our site. If your design idea is accepted, we will pay you $100 for it, and your name will be listed when potential customers see your designs.
- Q. Can I send you multiple designs?
- A. The more designs you send in, the higher the chance of it being selected. Feel free to send us as many designs as you like.
- Q. I am a designer. Do you guys hire?
- A. We are constantly looking for talents like you to work. However, it will be on a freelance basis. Contact us at business@tiddlytummytees.com and lets start negotiating.
